PC Tune Up Service

You service your car to keep it running smoothly, so why not get your PC serviced for the same reason too?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, your computer probably needs a tune up.

Over time, your computer progressively slows down and becomes less effective and unreliable. Because the slow down occurs gradually, you may not notice the loss of performance. For optimal performance, your computer needs a servicing on a regular basis.

We can restore your computer to its peak performance and improve its reliability. Sometimes the PC may run even better than when you first got it out of the box!

This service includes:

• Virus, Spyware and Malware scan and removal
• Optimisation of the hard drive
• Apply any updates that are available to Windows and antivirus software
• Clear out any temporary files
• Remove any unnecessary items from startup
• Physical cleaning of the inside and outside of the case
• Scan of hard disk to fix any file system errors
• List of any suggested hardware upgrades

This work will take place at our workshop and can take several hours. Please call or e-mail to schedule a tune up. We only need the actual computer - the monitor, cables and peripherals can all be left at home - and we can come round to pick up and drop off your computer, including disconnecting and reconnecting your cables.

The cost for this service is £50. When you consider the amount of time the service takes and the picking up and dropping off of the computer, this is quite a bargain!
